DIES THURSDAY

Lacy O. Black, 68, died Thursday mornning at 10 o'clock at his home, Biglerville R. 1, after an illness of two years. He had been bedfast the last three months.

A son of the late Henry and Lucy (Orner) Black, he was a native and life long resident of Adams County and was a carpenter.

Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Wolf, and nine children: Mrs. Amos Sheaffer, Biglerville R. 1; Mrs. Charles Arnsberger, Aspers R. 1; James Black, Biglerville R. 2; Sterling Black, Gardners R. 1; Mrs. William McCauslin, Biglerville R. 1; Mrs. Ada Lochbaum, Harrisburg; Russell Black, Orrtanna R. 2; Mrs. Andrew Pritt, Gettysburg R. 3, and Clayton Black, Orrtanna R. 2. Also surviving are a sister. Mrs. Lilly Warren. York Springs R. D.; 30 grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Dugan Funeral Home, Bendersville, with the Rev. Norman L. Marden officiating.

Interment in the Bendersville Cemetery.
