Cindy S. Bennett of Mitchell, IN, died Monday, April 6, 1998, from injuries received in a riding lawn mower accident. Born on April 17, 1955, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Wilbur and Patty (Wayman) Snyder. She married Larry L. Bennett on September 16, 1978, and he survives.

Also surviving are two sons: Larry Jason and Joseph Earl Bennett, both of Mitchell; one daughter, LeAnna Sue Bennett of Mitchell; her mother and step-father, Patty and Lewis Bailey of Indianapolis; one brother, Gary Snyder of Pine Lake, FL; one sister, Patricia Hamner of Indianapolis; one step-brother, Rick Bailey of Mitchell; father and mother-in-law, Bud and Virginia Bennett of Lawrenceport; and three grandsons. She was preceded in death by her father.

She was kitchen manager of Camp Rivervale at Rivervale and a graduate of Southport High School in Indianapolis.

Services for Cindy Bennett will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 9th, at Lawrenceport United Methodist Church with the Rev. Carl Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrenceport Cemetery.
