According to Immanuel U.C.C. records of Holstein, MO, Christine Louise, daughter of Hermann Heinrich and Christine (Haverkamp) Schoppenhorst, was born 21 Oct 1846 and baptized 15 Nov 1846. She married Henry Schowengerdt 13 May 1869: Johann Heinrich Schowengerdt and Louise Christine Schoppenhorst. Witnesses were "Parents & siblings of couple." The couple lived in Warren County for some time and several children were baptized there. In 1884 the familiy moved to Higginsville, Lafayette County, MO.
