Services for Ollie Mae Daniel, long-time Ardmore resident, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Bettes Chapel with the Rev. Dean Langford officiating. Burial will be in Hewitt Cemetery.
Mrs. Daniel, 206 Drew, was born Jan. 27, 1900 in Carter County, I.T. and died Tuesday in a local nursing home.
She was the widow of Ira J. Daniel who preceded her in death Dec. 1950.
Survivors include a son, I.J. Burkburnett, Tex.; 6 daughters, Mrs. Margaret Baxley, Dallas, Mrs. Pearlene Bixley, Duncan, Mrs. Birdie Bell hardy, Fort Smith, Mrs. Alma Snell, Ardmore, Mrs. Marcelle Wise, Fort Knox, Ky., and Mrs. Cloma Williams, Sherman, Tex.; a brother, W.O. Carter, Ardmore; 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Serving as bearers will be Terry Fox, David Fox, Grady Langford, Jack Jones, Roger Helms and Joe Carroll.
