A visitation is scheduled today from 6-8 p.m. at the Cole & Maud Chapel for James Elmer Harrison, 81, of Casa Grande, who died Nov. 19, 1986 at the Desert Valley Care Center.

Mr. Harrison was born Aug. 8, 1905 in Mena, Arkansas, and moved to Arizona in 1950 from Texas. He was a cab driver and worked for Kottmeyers Harvesting Company before he retired.

Survivors include his wife, Lucille, of Casa Grande; four sons: James and Richard, both of Iowa Park, TX, Kenneth, of Lawton, OK, and Harold, of San Francisco; stepson, Wayne Wooldridge, of Chandler; four daughters: Elva Jean Sales, of Dougherty, OK, Melba Sales, of Tulsa, OK, Doris Stumpff, of Bartlesville, OK, and Jackie Larson, of Fort Worth, TX; three stepdaughters: Joyce Gregorn, of Stockton, CA, Karen Allen, of Casa Grande, and Glenna Henson, of Stockton; two brothers: Herman and Vern, both of Charlie, TX; two sisters: Goldie Christian and Viola Taylor, both of Atoka, OK; 35 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Christ, 805 E. Racine, Casa Grande. The Rev. James DuBose will officiate. Burial will be in the Mountain View Cemetery.
