FUNERAL SERVICES FOR W. W. RAY AT EMHOUSE THURSDAY Funeral services for W. W. Ray, aged 61 years, native Texan and resident of Emhouse for 49 years, who died Wednesday, were held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the First Baptist Church in Emhouse. Interment was made in the Pattison cemetery. The rites were conducted by Rev. J. F. Stanley, assisted by Rev, Jack Goff. Surviving are his wife, nine children, Mrs. Lena Rich, Emhouse; Alonzo Ray, Palestine; Mrs. Mary Brown, Emhouse; Mrs. Velma Stewart, Emhouse; Mrs. Pearl Fogleman, Mexia; Mrs. Jewell Walthall, Dallas; Mrs. Donnie Owens, Pickett; Bert Ray, Emhouse, and Lillian Ray, Emhouse; three sisters, Mrs. P. O. Mulligan, Bristol; Mrs. Cora Halton, Palestine, and Mrs. Regina Melton, Frost; four brothers, T. F. Ray, Brownwood; G. A. Ray, Bristol; B. Ray, Emhouse, and C. Ray, Dallas, and a number of other relatives. Pallbearers were Sam Collins, Dick Dixon, Harry Slate, Jack Megarity, Frank Seely and Howard Thomas. Corley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
