Was Member of Prominent Barbour County Family And Lived Most Of His Life Near Eufaula

The body of Harry Brunson was shipped to his old home in Eufaula on Monday morning to be buried in the Brunson lot by the side of the members of his family who had gone before him. Mr. Brunson died Sunday morning after a long illness from typhoid fever. Survivors are his wife, Beulah Roberts Brunson and four children, the eldest being twelve years old.
Mr. Brunson was a member of a prominent Barbour county family. He was a son of Major Marion Brunson. Mr. Brunson spent most of his life in Eufaula and was engaged in the mercantile business there. He was highly esteemed by all who knew him.
He moved to Montgomery five years ago. Since living there he was connected with one of the large department stores of the city. In Montgomery, his courtesy and consideration won him a large circle of friends. Seven weeks ago he was stricken with typhoid fever, and though all medical skill and care was given to him, he grew worse until the end early Sunday morning. He was 55 years old age.
Accompanied by family and friends the body was taken to Eufaula on Monday morning. Reaching there at 11 o'clock, a large number of his old friends and family escorted the body to its last resting place. In addition to his immediate family living in Montgomery, a number of relatives in Eufaula survive him.
