Spencer, our beloved son has peacefully and quietly departed this life on January 30, 2009.

We mourn our loss and he will be missed by all, but we rejoice in his peace.

Survived by parents, Rowan and Fran Shirley; brother, Steven (Linda); sisters, Angela (Steve) Bringhurst, Dawnell Briggs, Darla Shirley, Shireen Shirley, many nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services and Interment will be held on Monday, February 2, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Mountain View Memorial Estates Cemetery, 3115 East Bengal Boulevard (7800 South). Friends may call at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 East Bengal Boulevard (7600 South) on Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
