Tom Foreman is buried in the John Wesley Hoover family plot. He was the step-son of J. W. Hoover. He was also the 2nd husband of Orpha A. (Null) Baugh-Foreman-Hoover who eventually became the 3rd wife of J. W. Hoover.

The photo is of the John Wesley Hoover family plot. Tom Foreman's flat stone is directly behind his mother, Emma Hoover's tall, white WOW stone. It is becoming hidden under the fast growing shrub.

Tom's WWI Draft Registration Card shows his original signature as "Thomas Jackson Foreman" while his funeral record completed by his sister, Mrs. Bennie Roe, shows his name as "Thomas Jefferson Foreman".
