The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at Oak Grove Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. David Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Guy was a native of Cumberland County, the daughter of the late Lattie M. and Della Stewart Autry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Winbert Guy, her son, Eddie Guy and a grandson, William Greene. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Brenda Greene of Stedman, Doris Williams pf Mill Spring, and Phyllis Pedraza of Autryville; 1 son, Vivian Guy of Autryville; 4 sisters, Ellise Bunce of Fayetteville, Faye Tew of Stedman, Avis Autry of Autryville and Margie Carwilde of Lincolnton; one brother, Sidney Autry of Winston-Salem; 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6-8 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
