Mr. Webb died unexpectedly Saturday at his residence. He was a native and lifelong resident of Rankin County. He was a member of the Briar Hill Baptist church and a retired farmer and carpenter.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Audrey Freeman Webb of Rt. 6, Jackson; one daughter Mrs. Simmons Shelton, Jackson; three sons, Thompson B. Webb and Freeman Webb, both of Jackson, and Rev. Wilbur B. Webb of Ruleville; one brother, James T. Webb, Jackson; and ten grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Hurst Webb, T.M. Dickson, Bernard Boteler, D. M. Webb, D.W. Stubblefield, Carl Still, Robert Lee Compere and Robert Weathersby.
