Thanks so much for creating this memorial for Benjamin Franklin Bowen. Although I am not a Bowen descendent, a member of our West Jefferson Hills Historical Society has done research on those buried at Lobbs Cemetery and I have some additions/corrections I would like to suggest for his biography. "B. F. Bowen was a soldier in Co. E, 22nd Pennsylvania Cavalry. He enlisted in the Union Army on 11 February 1864 and was discharged 15 August 1865 on a Disability Discharge. He died of smallpox on 21 March 1903, leaving a wife and 7 children. He was buried at Lobbs Run Cemetery on 22 March 1903.
