THELMA LOUISE JOHNSON was born May 10, 1907 at Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of Sylvester Franklin Johnson and Josie Belle Stevens Johnson She died in Hot Springs, AR. Friday May 28, 1999, of a ruptured aneurysm. She was a member of Hot Springs Baptist Church. She first married Upton Blount, this ended in divorce. There were no children from this marriage. She was a supervisor with National Biscuit Company for many years. Then with her second husband Joseph Peter Amisano, ran a grocery store at the corner of Beale and Wellington, in Memphis, TN. In about 1946, they moved to Hot Springs, AR. There they operated a tourist court, grocery store, and boat dock. After the death of Joe, she operated a smaller group of cottages, on Highway 7 South, called "Pine Haven". Her third marriage was to Lewis R. Tilson. She was buried in Memorial Park Memphis, TN. No Children.
