Final rites for Walter W. Woodard, 57, who died Friday morning at his home in Hoboken, were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Hoboken Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. W. C. Rice of Hoboken and the Rev. Henry Johnson of Alma.

He is survived by a brother, I. J. Woodard of Hoboken and two sisters, Mrs. J. B. Crews of Hoboken and Miss Della Woodard of Hoboken.

Active pallbearers were Ira Thomas, Banner Thomas, Elroy Strickland, Floyd Larkins, Arthur Lastinger and Tom Lastinger. Honorary pallbearers were Wade Calvin, R. R. Kelly, J. K. Larkins, K. S. Varn, Bob Thomas and John Allen.

Burial was at Hoboken cemetery.

Mincy Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
