On Jul/Aug 1862 roll he is absent on detached duty in the field. On July - December 1863 rolls is listed a orderly (Daily Duty) at Regimental Headquarters. On Jan/Feb 1865 roll shows him absent on detached service at Duval's Bluff, Arkansas since November 7, 1864.
Was mustered out April 17, 1865 at Chattanooga, Tennessee due to expiration of service.
