Jesse G. Garrett, born on August 25, 1943 died Monday, October 27, 2008 in Tulsa, OK.

He was born in Barnsdall, OK to Jesse Samuel Garrett and Mary Juanita Lytle Garrett.

Jesse graduated from Barnsdall High School.

He and Gloria Clark Smith were married on August 13, 1985. Jesse served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged on September 11, 1965. He retired from Petrolite in 1993.

Jesse is survived by his wife, Gloria of their home at The Coves on Grand Lake, brothers Carl Garrett of Bartlesville and Joe Garrett of Texas, Stepdaughter Kim Wright, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a stepdaughter Debra Audiss.

The family invites you to join them for a gathering honoring the life of Jesse from 2 to 4 pm on Thursday, October 30, 2008 in the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita, OK. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to the St Francis Hospital Foundation, 6161 S. Yale, Tulsa, OK. 74316.
