Etta Mae Thomas, 83, of Mechanicsville, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2005. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Luther E. Cain; also several nieces and nephews. Miss Thomas was a member of Mount Vernon United Methodist Church, Ruther Glen, Va. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 11, at the Mechanicsville Chapel, Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee Davis Rd. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, at Signal Hill Memorial Park.
