BOURLAND Mr. V. E. "Ed" Bourland, Jr., 50, of Watrous Avenue, Tampa, passed away Tuesday. A native of Winter Garden, Florida, Mr. Bourland had lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1946. He was a charter member of the Ybor City Civitan Club and a Veteran of WWII. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Betsy Hahn Bourland; three sons, V. E. "Toby" Bourland III, Wallace H. Bourland, Steve Bourland; one daughter, Miss Michelle Bourland; one step-son, one stepdaughter, all of Tampa; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Valentine E. Bourland Sr., Winter Garden, Fla.; brother, Dr. William L. Bourland, Melbourne, Fla.; sister, Mrs. Jack Warnock, Ft. Myers, Fla.; 5 nephews and 2 nieces.
