MRS. DAVIS, FORMER SALESWOMAN, DIES—Mrs. Beatrice Ann Davis, 61, of Harristown, former saleswoman for Block & Kuhl company, died at 9:25 p.m. yesterday in St. Mary's Hospital. A resident of Harristown most of her life, Mrs. Davis was employed at the Decatur store until two years ago when illness forced her to retire. She was a member of the Harristown Christian Church, Business & Professional Women's Club, and the Order of Eastern Star in Houghton, Mich. Mrs. Davis was born in Harristown, Aug. 24, 1892, a daughter of John H. and Mary L. Hanks Bradshaw. She was married to Gilbert Davis in Harristown Sept. 7, 1910. Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, William M. and Harold L. Davis, Decatur; a brother, Charles Bradshaw, Iron Mountain, Mich., and a half-brother, Louie Peters, Harristown. There are seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be in the Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home at 3 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in the Harristown Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
