Wilson D. Aukamp, 92, of Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community, formerly of Lampeter, died Tuesday afternoon at the convalescent unit of the home after a brief illness.
He was the husband of F. Leberta Wiggins Aukamp.
Born in Providence Township, he was a son of the late George and Annie Smith Aukamp.
He retired after 35 years with the former Crudden's, later Walker's, Furniture Store of Lancaster. He also worked as a self-employed painter.
