W. B. McDonald, died Saturday 4:30 P. m. at the home of his daughter, Ms. C. C. Slawson, in Topeka. Interment Tuesday morning, at the Oak Hill cemetery, Lawrence.
Mr. McDonald had been In fair health and had recently visited his relatives here. Ha was stricken on Friday afternoon and never regained consciousness. He was 76 years old, a veteran of the civil war, a pioneer resident of this state, coming to Kansas in 1868, and a long-time resident of this community.
