She is survived by three sons, Rick (wife, Vickie) Lauder of Springfield, Randy (wife, Anita) Lauder of Vincennes, Ind., and Ronn Lauder of Beardstown; four grandchildren, Brian Lauder, Melanie Crabtree, Lyndsay Robbins and Paul Michael Cary; two great-grandchildren, Lexi and Layden; and one sister, Nancy Frakes of Beardstown. She was preceded in death by her companion, George M. "Pinky" Stanley; and four brothers, LeRoy, Glenn, Arthur and Jasper Abrams.
Ms. Lauder had been employed as a dispatcher for the Beardstown Police Department for over 25 years. She was also an EMT and had been a hospital administrator. She attended the First Christian Church in Beardstown. She had been involved Cub Scouts as a den mother, Adult Band, Band Boosters and DARE. She was the founder the Fall Festival and responsible for the badge display for the Police Department. She was a member of the VFW, the American Legion and CLIA. She helped with Shop-With-A-Cop, the Watermelon Festival and Sesquicentennial. She was a cake decorator and enjoyed gardening, water color painting and quilting.
Services were entrusted to Sager Funeral Home of Beardstown, Illinois.
