Dies in Chicago
The death of Mrs. Mabel VanDyke, a sister of Mrs. H. M. Grace and Paul Acree, of Chillicothe, occurred in Chicago, last Thursday following a long illness. Mrs. VanDyke, 51 years of age, spent many years of her earlier life in Meadville. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Acree.
Surviving is her husband of Chicago; one daughter, Mrs. Birgil McDaniel of Lancaster, MO., and two sons, Orville and Daniel, of the home in Chicago.
Funeral services were held from the Baptist Church here Sunday afternoon and interment made in the Meadville (Botts) cemetery.
