Raymond Peeples, 86, of 231 Old Road, Royston, Georgia, died Thursday August 17, 1995 at Cobb Memorial Hospital Royston, Georgia. Born October 1, 1908, in Franklin County, Georgia he was retired from the construction industry and was a Baptist. He was the son of the late Ike and Elizabeth Fowler Peeples. He was preceded in death by two sons Carl Franklin and Raymond Peeples Jr. Surviving are widow, Isabelle Saylors Peeples of Royston, Georgia; three daughters Geanette Sims, Doris Walters and Laura Dove of Royston, Georgia; 21 grandchildren; and 51 great-grandchildren. Graveside services are at 4 p.m. Friday August 18, 1995 at the Oakview Cemetery, Canon, Georgia. The family is at the home Pruitt Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
