BILLY EARL ALLEE
Cayuga, Ind. -- Billy Earl Allee, 70, of Cayuga, Ind., Route 1, passed away at 9:30 p.m. Thursday (May 14, 1992) at VA Medical Center in Danville, after a prolonged illness.
He was born July 14, 1921, in Cayuga, Ind., son of Gilbert and Grace Bennett Allee. He was employed as an off-set pressman for R&S Printing of Danville for 36 years, retiring in 1984. He served as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. He was a member of Cayuga American Legion Post 263. He enjoyed woodworking, inlays and carving.
He was married to Martha M. Stachura on September 21, 1946, at Chicago. She survives. Other survivors: two daughters, Margaret Jane Allee of Chicago and Mrs. Charles (Patricia) Marcinko of White Lake, South Dakota; two grandsons, Shawn and Jace Manion, both of Danville. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and four sisters.
Services: 1 p.m. Monday at DeVerter Brothers Funeral Home in Cayuga; Burial: Eugene Cemetery, Eugene, Ind; Visitation: after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home; Military graveside rites will be conducted by Cayuga American Legion Post 263.
