Funeral services for William B. Marlow, 84, of Duck Hill were held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 12 at National Funeral Home Chapel in Grenada with burial in Chapel Hill Cemetery near Duck Hill.
Mr. Marlow died of cancer Saturday, December 10, 1994, at Webster General Hospital in Eupora. He was a Baptist and a retired lumberman. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillie Marlow.
Survivors include six daughters, Glenda Mitchell on Selmar, Tenn., Rebecca Hamilton of Eupora, Billie Garner of Ocean Springs, Peggy McKay of Kilmichael, Carolyn Hodges of Greenwood and Sheila Newsom of Duck Hill: three sons, Claude B. Marlow of Winona, Johnny Marlow of Walthall and William Gale Marlow of Duck Hill; one sister, Myrtee Norris of Tuscaloosa; two brothers, John Nelson Marlow of Birmingham, Edward Marlow of Jackson, MS; 19 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were his grandsons, Andy McKay, Brad McKay, Chris Marlow, Scott Marlow, Jeff Marlow, Kevin Marlow, Richard Hodges and Michael Newsom.
National Funeral Home of Grenada was in charge of arrangements.
