Ann Theresa (King) Wilson was this writer's great aunt. I also named my oldest daughter after her.

Ann Theresa was the daughter of Richard Oliver King (1857-1932) and Martha Emma (Dorsey) King (1864-1938) of Maryland.

Ann Theresa had the following known siblings:

Richard J. King 1892 –
Mary E. King 1894 –
Catherine E. King 1898 –
Emily C. King 1904 –

In about 1918, she married Carnie Owen Wilson (1888-1935) who was a military man from Macon County, Missouri, stationed in Washington, D. C. Carnie was assigned to work at St. Elizabeth's Hospital for the criminally insane in Washington, D. C.

They were expecting their first child when on November 8, 1919, Carnie came home to find his beloved wife Ann Theresa dead in the bathtub. It was determined that she died of heart failure. The baby did not survive.

Ann Theresa's funeral services were held at the Congress Heights Catholic Church on November 10, 1919, with burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
