of Lancaster, passed away January 6, 2009. She was born September 23, 1963, in Hawthorne, Calif. She is survived by her husband Dave Fisher, son Johnnie Kulper, sisters Corrina Ferris of Ohio, Angie Ellis of Georgia, Lisa Smith, Regina Alvarado, Monica and Shannon Flannery, aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her Nana Elodie Dines, and her parents Donald Seippel and Phyllis Seippel Flannery. Tina was a caring and compassionate person with a good heart. Her hands were open to anyone in need. She was loved by her family and friends, and will remain in their hearts forever. A celebration of life will be held at Desert Vineyard, 1011 East Avenue I, Saturday, January 24, 2009, at 11 a.m
