HIS OBITUARY IS IN THE LEEDY OBITUARIES IN THE KEEPING OF THE MINNILUSA HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION IN RAPID CITY SD.
He moved to Terry South Dakota in 1911 and later to Lead SD. Randall served in the US Calvary from 1926 to 1929.
He married Nellie H Beard in 1934 at Lead. From 1933 to 1942 he worked for Bald Mountain Mining Co at Trojan SD.
Randall served in World War 11 and then worked for the Lead fire department from 1953 to 1955, and served as Lead police chief from 1960 to 1972.
Survivors include two sons, James of Lead and Russell of Spokane WA, seven grandchildren, and a sister Bessie Meyer of Spearfish and a brother Horace in Lead SD.
