OBITUARY

Geneva I. (Martin) Lyons
, 85, died Sunday, May 2, 1999, at Greenwood Convalescent Center. She was a resident of Greenwood.

She was born Nov. 19, 1913. Her parents were Alva and Emma M. (Doty) Martin. She married Byron Elmer Lyons. He survives. Other survivors include two daughters, Roberta Tinkle of Greenwood and Rena Brown of Indianapolis; three sisters, Gwendolyn Baily, Louise Lotz and Grace Kemper all of New Palestine; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of Greenwood United Methodist Church and Greenwood American Legion Women's Auxiliary.

A service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at G.H. Herrmann Funeral Home in Greenwood. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
