Mrs. Catherine M. Dagenhart, 56, Fort Lupton, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, at Rocky Mountain Hospital, Denver. She was born April 27, 1927 to John and Eva (Artzer) Mari at Chicago.


On April 27, 1947 she married Peter Dagenhart at Platteville.


Mrs. Dagenhart moved with her parents as a small child to Sterling, returning to Chicago with her parents in 1945. After her marriage, she and her husband lived in Chicago until 1968, when they moved to Fort Lupton. Her husband died in November 1980. She was a member of St. William's Catholic Church at Fort Lupton.


Survivors are a daughter, Joan Dagenhart of Fort Lupton; a son, Lawrence of Thornton; five sisters, Mrs. Jim (Anna) Baskall, Rose Mari and Mrs. Edward (Jean) Urban, all of Chicago, and Mrs. Joe (Eva) Miceli and Mrs. Edward (Joann) Fike, both of Florida; and a brother, Jake Mari of Chicago.


A son and a brother are deceased.


Recitation of the Rosary will be at 8 p.m. today at the Schmanski Funeral Home, 806 Denver Ave., Fort Lupton. Mass of the Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. William's Catholic Church, 1025 Fulton Ave., Fort Lupton. Interment will be in Mizpah Cemetery, Platteville.
