"Lester was born May 18, 1914 to the late Louis and Anna (Weber) Bagley in Sebeka, MN. In 1923 the family farmed near Grove City, MN., where he attended school; they later moved to a farm in Regal, MN., and there he finished his schooling.

"In 1937 Lester and Louise Prasch were married at St. Paul's Church, Sauk Centre, Minnesota. The farmed in rural Regal until 1969, then moved to Holdingford, MN., where he was a custodian at St. Hedwig's Church. In 1976 they moved to a home on Brown's Lake, Eden Valley, MN., and later moved to a home on Lake Koronis, where they were residing at the time of his death.

"Lester was a member of the Catholic church and the Knights of Columbus, St. Louis Council, Paynesville, MN.

"His survivors include his wife; four children, Patricia, at home, Mrs. Joseph (Jo Ann) Perro, Rosemount, MN., William and his wife Gloria, Belgrade, MN., and Roger and his wife Kathy, Paynesville, Mn.; 11 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Owen (Dorothy) Gertgen, Kandiyohi, MN., and Mrs. Norbert (Ruth) Braun, Lake Placid, Florida; one brother Lawrence, Lake Placid, Florida; and nieces and nephews.

"He was preceeded in death by his parents."
