Born in Anderson County, he was the son of the late Dennis Aubrey and Barbara Martin Ashley. He was employed as a Security Officer. Surviving are: Aunts; Louise Spearman of Piedmont, Ella Mae King and Violet A. Trotter both of Belton; Uncle, David Ray Ashley of Belton. He was preceded in death by: Brother, Phillip Ashley. Graveside Service will be conducted 2:00pm Wednesday at Belton City Cemetery with Dr. Mitch Brooks officiating. Burial will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church, Belton. The family will be at their respective homes. Cox Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
