Debra Sue "Debbie" Glover, 49, of Mannington, passed away on Thursday (Jan. 8, 2009) at her residence. She was born June 1, 1959 at Fairmont, a daughter of Carroll B. Glover of Flat Run, Mannington and the late Joyce Anne Beaty Glover. In addition to her father, she is survived by two sisters, Linda D. Elliott and husband Randy of Mannington and Melanie Ann Jacobin of Mannington; two nephews, Eric and Shawn Elliott and one niece, Megan Jacobin, all of Mannington. She also is survived by several aunts, uncles and her many friends. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by a brother, David Wayne Glover. Debbie was a member of the Union Valley Baptist Church. She was a 1977 graduate of Mannington High School and also was a graduate of O.I.C. in Fairmont as a medical assistant. Debbie enjoyed reading and listening to music. She loved dogs, especially her dalmatian. Friends may call at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the funeral home with Pastor Bill Coon officiating. Burial will follow at Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery.
