Wilma Frances Phillips 77, Greenfield died on Fri., Jan. 16, 2009. Services: Thurs., Jan. 22, 2009 at 10 a.m. at Erlewein Mortuary, Greenfield, with calling there from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wed., Jan. 21. Burial: Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
Wilma Frances Phillips, 77, Greenfield, passed away on Friday, Jan. 16, 2009, at Methodist Hospital. born on Sept. 10, 1931, she was the daughter of Henry and Mildred (Smith) Miller.
Wilma married Robert M. Phillips on Jan. 2, 1964, and worked as a homemaker for many years.
Wilma was a member of the First Baptist Church in Greenfield. She liked ceramics, collecting dolls, and loved her grand kids very much.
Surviving her are her children, Terrelle Phillips of Greenfield, Michelle Phillips of Greenfield, Camielle Thornton of Ft. Myers, Fla., Anna Moore of Pine Island, Fla., and Robert Michael Phillips of Ft. Myers, Fla.; brothers, Charlie and Phillip Miller; sisters, Dorothy Belcher, June King, and Janie Hardesty; grandchildren, TJ Phillips, Frances Phillips, Zachariah Phillips, Isaiah Phillips, Mercedes Phillips, Leslie Williams, Charles Thornton, Daniel Thornton, Tracey Thornton, Robert Marshall Phillips, and Robert Matthew Phillips; and six great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband, Robert M. Phillips; parents, Henry and Mildred Miller; and brothers, Bud Miller, Otis Miller, Raymond Miller, and Jerry Miller.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009, at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009, at the mortuary with Pastor Joe Merriman officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
