She was born January 25, 1990 in Sandy, Utah to Kenneth R. and Deborah Ann Kausen Campbell.
Survived by parents, sister, Emilee Ann; grandparents, Kay R. and Margaret Campbell, Richard and Judy Kausen; and great-grandmother, Rita Spackman.
