Penny Wilson, 52, of Lake City, passed away June 18 at her residence. She was a member of Fratersville Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and also enjoyed sewing and quilting in her spare time.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Conroy.

She is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, Jeff Wilson of Lake City; sons, David Adkins of Briceville, Dustin Alexander of Briceville; daughter, Kristin Davis and husband, Dustin of LaFollette; grandchildren, Makala and Cheyenne Davis; expected grandson, Eli Davis; sister, Linda Spoon and husband, David of Powell; brother, David Hatmaker of Toledo, OH; special friends, Tammy Williams of Knoxville, Ed Graves of Knoxville, Kitty Lindsay of Lake City, Dr. Thomas Daugherty of Norris; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held June 20 at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home. Interment was in the Woodhaven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family had requested memorials be made to Memorial Foundation Hope Lodge, 2008 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203.

Holley Gamble Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
