Mrs Susan Rebecca Shirley ofOklahoma City passed away Saturday in that city. She was 93 years old.
Born in Montgomery County, Ark., on Feb. 23 1889, Mrs. Shirley came to Cresson (Texas) as a child, traveling in a covered wagon. She attended Rocky Point School and lived in Hood County (Texas) for about 15 years. After WW I , she moved to New Mexico with her husband, Claude Shirley. Mrs Shirley is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Claude Hendrick of Oklahoma City, and Mrs Martha Spivey of Deming, N. M.

And daughter Ruth Elizabeth Mikesell died in 1951.
