Brunswick Pilot Killed In Crash
First Lt. Richard A. Iglehart, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis D. Iglehart of Brunswick, was killed on Wednesday of last week in an Air Force accident at Eglin AFB, Florida. It was reported that Iglehart, 28, was engaged in bombing practice when killed.
Lt. Iglehart was a 1947 graduate of Brunswick High School where he was an outstanding basketball player. After graduation he attended Moberly Junior College and the University of Missouri. He served as a pilot in the Korean War.
Funeral services were Sunday afternoon in the Brunswick Methodist Church with the Rev. Roy Tomlin in charge. Military rites were also held. Burial was in Elliott Grove cemetery.
