DANIELS, Lorain – Thru our Hiwasse correspondent we are apprised of the death of two little boys, Lorain, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Daniels, who was born Aug. 27, 1907; and Leo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Spiva, born Feb. 17, 1908; little Leo having been left motherless at age of one year and since had been under the tender care of his grandmother, Mrs. Spiva, and his father, Charles. Funeral services were conducted on the days following each death by Eld. Wm. Edwards and burial took place at Mt. Pleasant. The New-Herald speaks the sentiment of a host in extending the bereaved families heartfelt sympathy.[Gravette New-Herald
