According to records the only children that James and Frances had were Margaret, Frances Telitha Susie Joanna and William Cicero. The other children were with James and Martha.

Here is a note I also had in my files that was told to me by my aunt before she passed on concerning James:
Took the name of Rakestraw because he was raised by John (Jack) Rakestraw. Was known as a brother of Lifus. Lifus and Jack fought in the Civil War together.
Was Raised by a Nancy Rakestraw (Flemming) but was son of Tabitha Rains.
