Mr. Cecil V. Herrin. 75, of the
Raybon Community, passed away Tuesday morning, Oct. 21, 1986
at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Jesup following a lengthy illness. His demise brings personal sorrow to his many relatives and friends in this and other sections.

A lifelong resident of Brantley County. Mr. Herrin was the son of the late William Henry Herrin and Mamie Elizabeth Highsmith Herrin. He was a member of the
Nahunta Advent Christian Church where he was a deacon and trustee. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Vera Robinson Herrin of Nahunta; a daughter, Miss Marilyn Herrin of Nahunta; a son, Jerry V. Herrin of Florence, S.C. ; a sister, Mrs. Norma Kyser of Lakeland, Ga.; a brother, Arnie Herrin of Dingman's Ferry, Pa.

Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Funeral services were held Thursday morning from the Raybon Advent Christian church with the Rev. Hilton Morgan officiating assisted by the Rev. Frank Jacobs.

Interment followed in the family plot in the Rob Lewis Cemetery.

Serving as casketbearers were Linton Herrin, Larry Herrin, Cleve Herrin, Wendell Herrin, Tony Ham and Winton Wilson.

The beautiful floral arrangements attested to the esteem felt for the deceased.
The family has the sympathy of their many friends in their bereavement.
