Lucille was an active member of Sterling United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. She was the church organist and pianist for more than 30 years and church financial secretary for 30 years. She graduated from Sterling High School in the class of 1932 and enjoyed bowling and playing cards. Her husband, Elton A. Rauschenberg, died on June 22, 1962. Surviving are children, Joan (Ralph) Gasser of Sterling, Jan (Wes) Mellott of Wooster, and Jerry (Mary Ellen) Rauschenberg of Portage Lakes; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Her parents; brothers, Lloyd and Glen Adams; and sister, Ruth Graber, also died previously. Services will be held Thursday, Feb. 19 at 11 a.m. at Gillman Funeral Home, 360 W.
