Eric Austin, 27, of Anderson, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2009, as the result of an automobile accident.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Anderson, with J.D. Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in Mitchell Cemetery.
Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents, George R. and Clemer B. Austin. He is survived by his parents, Ed and Cheryl Austin, of Anderson; brothers, George Austin, of Anderson, and Edward (Linnea) Austin Jr., of Montgomery; sister, DeAnna Austin Miller, of Madison; grandparents, Stanley Solecki, of Meriden, Conn., and Luella Solecki, of Rogersville; uncles and aunts, Wayne and June Austin, of Hartselle, Francis and Holly Solecki, of Deerfield Beach, Fla., and Scott and Julie Solecki, of Athens, Ohio; nephews, Ian Hunter, Taylor and Tyler Austin and Riley and Ryan Austin; and cousins, Keith and Stacy Austin, Jennifer Palumbo, and Christine and Sarah Solecki.
