Ella Catherine Glover, 92, of Brownsville, PA, passed away peacefully, at home, Wednesday, January 14, 2009.

She was born November 19, 1916 in Latrobe, PA the daughter of the late William and Cleo Newingham Bates.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Harry Milton Glover, brother David and two sisters, Anna and Betty.

She was a long time member of the Brownsville Bible Baptist Church.

She will be sadly missed by her children Rebecca English and husband Charles, Warren, Ohio, Ruth Harmon and husband Richard, Collegeville, PA and David Glover and wife Beverly, Brownsville, PA; her five grandchildren Matthew, Lauren, Rick, Jennifer, and Lynn; two great grandchildren Braden and Olivia; four sisters Goldie, Virginia, Helen and Dorothy and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA Sunday, January 18. 2009, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8pm and Monday, January 19, 2009 until 11:00 am, the hour of service, with the Rev. Barry Stewart officiating.

Interment will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park in Brier Hill, PA.

Memorial Donations can be made in Catherine's name to the Bible Baptist Church 729 Lewis Street, Brownsville, PA 15417.
