Randy Leon Day, 22, passed away May 20, 2008, at St. Mary's Medical Center of Scott County in Oneida. Born in Knoxville, December 29, 1985, he was preceded in death by grandparents: Charlene Jeffers Crowley, Rosie Day, and Harrison Day. He was a member of Covenant Life Church in Lake City. He is survived by his parents, James and Kathy Day of Winona; one sister, Joanie Terry and husband, Anthony, of Oneida; one brother, Jonathan Day of the Buffalo community; grandfather, Nathan Crowley of Winona; special nephews: Lance Terry, John Harley, and Jesse Day; special aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and special friends: Daniel Clark of Farmington, New Mexico, Josh Day of Huntsville, and Ashley Johnson of Kentucky; and many other relatives. Funeral service was conducted May 24, in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Rev. Carlie Duncan and Rev. Dudley Harness officiating. Interment followed in Crowley Cemetery. West-Murley Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
