Anna Reba Delk Jones, age 89, of Jamestown, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2009 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.Was born August 3, 1919.
Mrs. Jones is survived by four daughters, Ellen Beaty of Jamestown, TN, Betty Foy and husband Mike of Kingston, TN, Mary Sutton and husband Chet of Macomb, MI and Barbara Rogers and husband Morley John of Jamestown, TN; two brothers, Estel and Ralph Delk both of Arizona; fifteen grandchildren; thirty-eight great-grandchildren; and twenty-one great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by husband, Harold Jones; parents, Oliver and Lucy Roysden Delk; one infant son; daughter, Juanita Emery; sister, Dorothy Falk; and four brothers, Edgar, Enos, Jesse and Eugene Delk.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 12, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Mundy Funeral Home with Bro. Leeman Cravens officiating. Burial followed in the Fentress Memory Gardens. Pallbearers included Carl Beaty, Bob Beaty, Michael Jones, Alex Jones, Mick Delk, Jeffrey Hooks, Chester Sutton, Julio Wolburg, and Larry Hooks.
