Mr. Hale was born June 26, 1918 in Old Glory, Texas. An Army veteran, he lived in Casa Grande for 50 years. He was a farmer and a truck driver, working for Trejo Oil Co. A friend to many, he retired in 1975. He died Feb. 24, 1996 in Casa Grande.
He is survived by a daughter, Leslie Hale, of Phoenix; three sons, Ronald J., of Farmington, New Mexico, Kevin, of Phoenix and Gary, of Mesa; two brothers; and six grandchildren.
