Frank Howard Yancy, 81, of Bruce, died Monday, October 13 at his home. A member of Westside Baptist Church, he was born August 23, 1905, the son of Alfred Yancy and Frances Freeman Yancy. He was retired from E.L. Bruce Co.
Services were Monday at 4 p.m. at Antony-Parker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phillip Caples officiating. Burial was in Sarepta Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ray Shelton, Tommy Bond, Howard Cain, Moody Tyler, Freddie Buchanan and Floyd Dowdy, Jr.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Velma Costner, Banner; Mrs. Annie Mae Buchanan, Bruce; and
One brother, Hubert Yancy, Laurel.
