Charles C. Cambron, 50, died of a self-inflicted gun shot wound at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, 1977, at Mary Immaculate Hospital.
A native of Lebanon, he was a son of Mary Dant Cambron and the late Anthony Clevie Cambron.
Mr. Cambron is survived by his wife Elizabeth McNear Cambron; three daughters, Mrs. Anita Louise Raley and Mrs. Theresa Wilkerson, both of Lebanon and Miss Tina Marie Cambron, at home; one son Charles C. Cambron, Jr. of Lebanon. Mrs. Silas Bagwell of Louisville; and Mrs. George Wnukoski of Ekron; one brother, Lee Cambron of Lebanon, and one grandchild.
The funeral was conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Augustine Catholic Church by the Rev. Boehmicke with burial following in Lebanon National Cemetery. Bosley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Pete McNear, L. C. Followell, Jerry Hayden, James McNear, Boyd Shouse, and Billy Wheatley.
